Q: Do you franchise?

We are a privately held company based in Baton Rouge, LA – we don’t have any intentions on franchising at this time.

Q: Do you accept phone in orders?

Due to our limited wood oven capacity, we made the decision not to take phone orders in order to provide the best quality product and service to our dine in guests. However, we will accept orders for 5 or more pizzas over the phone. Any of our menu items can be ordered for take out inside the store.

Q: Do you deliver?

We offer delivery services through Waitr plus we have our in house delivery team that make deliveries after 4pm at participating locations.

Q: Do you have Gluten Free Options?

We do have gluten free dough, proteins, toppings and salads. We cannot guarantee a truly gluten free experience due to the possibility of cross contact and our staff is not trained in the specifics of Celiac disease. Please inform your server of any food allergies as we make every effort to switch gloves and use designated utensils. A full allergen guide will be made available soon.

Q: Is there egg or dairy in your dough?

There is no egg or dairy in our dough.

Q: Do you have vegan or dairy free options?

Yes, we serve Daiya dairy free cheese as a cheese substitute for our vegan friends. Our red sauce is dairy free.

Q: What size pizzas do you have and how many does one feed?

Our regular dough size pizza which is an 11” pizza with six slices. Typically, this is a personal pizza for an adult, but can be shared among kids or light eaters. We also serve a gluten-free and cauliflower crust which both are 9".

Q: Can you make a low carb or crustless pizza?

Yes! We now offer our Crustless Pizza Bowl.

Q: Do you serve alcohol?

We serve wine and beer only. We have local craft beer on tap from various Louisiana breweries.

Q: Do you sell gift cards online?

Yes. E-gift cards can be purchased here and redeemable at any LIT Pizza location. Physical gift cards can be purchased only at the store.
